I loved this product. The truth is that I'm one of those people who doesn't believe in these things, but this one is really great. It works super well. You take it at night and it takes effect the next morning. I recommend it 100%.

Disgusting and horrible side effects
This product tasted horrible, nothing like mango (the flavor I purchased) I took one scoop since I have trouble with going to the bathroom. I took it and began to go to the bathroom probably like 2 hrs after. That next day I began to vomit, have chills, body pain (basically flu like symptoms) I could not eat anything without vomiting it. Horrible horrible side effects I felt like dying. Well to say the least I will not be taking this anymore. I am on day 3 after taking it and continue to have diarrhea and vomiting on and off associated with abdominal pain.

Lo eh tomado como lo recomiendan en la noche con agua tibia y me a funcionado, claro que no es mágico, y si quieres mejores resultados debes de llevar cambios de hábitos alimenticios sanos
