Had a golf ball size hemorrhoid in me for a week. Excruciating pain 24/7 and don't get me started on the screaming from bowel movements. I was desperate. I was doing ibuprofen morning and night. It does work but I will honestly buy a different brand as this one doesn't last as long with irritation

I bought this product because the video demonstrated how to use the enclosed applicator. The product arrived in a box that was smashed, ripped and open. I thought the applicator fell out and was lost. But after watching more videos, I see there is no applicator. The tube is OK despite the box. The product is soothing, but needs to be applied up to 6 times a day. I am also using medicated wipes, so not sure if it is the wipes or the product that is helping the most. I have ordered Preparation H...supposedly doctor endorsed...a sure thing!
