Great product. It had helped mu shoulder pain considerably. I sm more relaxed and I am sleeping better at night.

This is fantastic, after the menopause, even with hrt,the anxiety and lack of being able to sleep all through the night has been awful,but this magnesium was recommended for me by my functional health doctor as being the best for me and it really has made a huge difference. If I don't take it, I wake up through the night and feel anxious in the morning when I wake up. Now I sleep well and wake up feeling calm and sleepy, highly recommend this.
