Works perfect sets up easily great pictures

The media could not be loaded. It did great at first and when I loaded the second round of paper and no i did not load more than 18 sheets and it jammed now it's all jammed and no way to get it un-jammed so it's getting returned tomorrow.

I got the printer so the parents could have prints of Photos with Santa before they leave, The printer was so slow at printing that they would leave and just wait for the e-mail link so they could print their own

It takes so long to print 1 photo that’s all.

I'm an avid photographer. Have been since I was 15. In my 20's I had a darkroom and even developed & printed color photos. When I saw this dye sublimation photo printer I had to order it.The printer comes with ink cartridge and paper for 10 prints. a micro USB cable (yes, micro) power adapter. Setting it up is not difficult but there are some pot holes to look out for. If you're connecting over your WiFi, your phone needs to be connected to a 2.4 GHz WiFi. It won't work with 5 GHz or blended (many mesh WiFis use blended as the default). Fitting the printer tray into the printer takes some getting used to and beware to leave a few inches room behind the printer as it takes several passes to print and it needs the space to partially eject the printer paper during each pass.Otherwise the prints come out quite pleasant. The color renditions are good and the sharpness while not perfect is quite good for a home printed picture. Only 1 issue that concerns me. Where can you buy the printer paper and the dye sub cartridges? I have sent the company an inquiry and will share what I find out.UPDATEThe company responded to my inquiry. They sell a 54 sheet paper refill with a cartridge for 54 prints under the heading, "CP4000L 54 Pieces and 1 Cartridge Suit Photo Printer Accessories" on a separate Amazon page. I'm happy they have the refills but I'm even happier that they responded quickly.

I was super excited to try out this portable photo printer, but wasent sure what to expect. I can say I have been pleasantly suprised by it, it is much better than I thought it would be. It was super easy to set up, had a bit of connection issues at first, but figured it out quickly. You can connect the printer through wifi, Bluetooth, and USB, I use Bluetooth most of the time. The printer came with 10 photo papers so I could test it out, which I really appreciated. The first picture I printed didn't look so great, not the best quality had some markings and a streak on it. But that was just the test sheet, because after that one every photo came out looking amazing. They were very clear and vivid photos, with no imperfections. I love that I can print my own pictures at home with ease from my phone or computer. This printer is definitely going to come in handy for me since I do a lot of photography. I can't wait to get more photo sheets so I can print more pics and make a photo album. Overall very satisfied with this product and I would recommend it.

I was really disappointed with this purchase, we just couldn’t get it to work. I returned it.
