Glad I have it. I just wish they would put directions in it so you know how to use it, not everyone knows how. If your new to buying these, the tool is a must, saves yours fingernails...lol. put directions in the bag with the sale, I guarantee you will get more sales! Love mine.

can’t add charms without it
perfectly helpful. i cannot add charms to my bracelet with out it! It shipped very quickly. i had to watch a video on how to use it but that’s ok.
