This BCAA with glutamine from Sasha Fitness has been a great addition to my workout routine. The 4:1:1 formula helps with muscle recovery and reduces fatigue after exercise. There is a reason this product is more expensive than the other BCAAs. It tastes a lot better than most other BCAAs and I'm using watermelon flavor (which tends to be toss up in other supplements/foods). It has a good ratio of amino acids, including more than just BCAAs. Most importantly to me it doesn't contain crappy artificial sweetener that is worse than sugar, it uses stevia. 10/10!

I love the taste of this BCAA, all the flavor are absolutely delicious and fresh.It helps to increase my performance and build more easy muscle mass.The cost is perfectly reasonable and great quality.I highly recommend this BCAA when you are going to work out because it makes a huge difference.
