You will love this medical bracelet!!!
Super easy to set-up. Allows the ability to include a lot of information that would be beneficial if you experienced a medical emergency - especially an emergency contact. I like having a QR code which makes my condition more private versus wearing a medical bracelet that shows what my condition is.

Worth it!
I actually lost this one but ordered another one and spoke with CS because I needed to transfer my information from this tag to the new one.The customer service rep was efficient and got the info transferred quickly and I love that there is no subscription for your information to be given to first responders in an emergency. I would definitely buy this again though I hope I don’t have to buy another one.One recommendation because the QR CODE can run off kinda easily is to put clear nail polish over the QR code to keep it from rubbing off and not working.

Important safety warning for metallic QR code items
I wrote the same review for two other metallic medical ID products with QR codes from this company:I rarely write reviews, but this one is critical. I purchased three metallic items from The Lucky Tag (a silver bracelet, a gold watch strap sleeve, and a rose gold bracelet), and all have the same issue: the QR code is extremely difficult to scan. After contacting the company, I was given tips on how to angle the item to get it to read. While this sometimes worked, it often took multiple attempts. That’s unacceptable in an emergency—paramedics won’t have time to troubleshoot a QR code. Two separate incidents proved the codes couldn’t be scanned reliably. I had several tech-savvy people—including my children and friends—test them. Most attempts failed, especially when the item was worn. Only two scans succeeded on the first try, both while holding the gold sleeve under ideal conditions. These items don’t scan well in bright indoor lighting or sunlight due to glare. When they finally do scan, the medical info is incredibly valuable—but that’s no help if it can’t be accessed quickly.I’m out over $60 for items that don’t function as intended in emergencies. I’ll be trying their non-metallic or silicone options next and hope those perform better. For now, I can’t recommend the metallic versions.

Looks and feels great!!!
Great looking product.QR code is extremely difficult to scan…but once that was completed, set up was pretty easy…very comfortable on my wrist…only concern is that the QR Code will fade or rubbing off overtime.

THE MODERN MEDICAL ALERT SYSTEM!
So awesome! This is a much better way of letting people know your medical conditions. Especially if you have several! You can list so much more medical information than the engraved medical alert bracelets/tags. I also bought a medical alert tag necklace from the same store. Supposedly I can share the same information for both. That's on my "to do" list.A great way to also keep your medications on file for doctor's appointments. Even has space for information about your pets, so your pets can be looked after if you can't communicate. You can restrict or unrestricted information that's retrievable when scanned.

Great product!
Great product. I had a stroke and recently got this to get my medical information to medical staff when I can’t. Never leave home without it. Great app. Information is complete and can be changed as nessessary All the medication and history that I can never remember when I’m good. Great piece of mind. Even my Dr was impressed and asked to take pictures and pass it on to other patients.

it will come loose and fall off
I loved the bracelet and the concept of having that QR code however it kept coming loose but by wearing it all the time I very seldom look at it and noticed I didn’t have it on my arm so I bought the watch ban type, but probably will go to a jeweler to have a lock put on it once again. It is a great concept but be cognizant. It’s on your risk.
