Save your money!! Yes it looks like a super nice scooter & it would be if it actually worked! Charger remained green when plugged in, still won’t power up or turn on. It was a bday gift for my son & we were super disappointed. I can’t get over how these people are still in business.EDIT : my older son used a butter knife to move the wires around inside bcuz they were all bunched up. The charger is now lighting up red. Hoping this works & it charges and comes on. Will keep you all posted. I hope it works and if so you all should give it a try.

I ordered 3 of this same item and one would not work it would not turn on and I tried to get an exchange and they would not allow me to… i’m writing a bad review on that scooter.I’m very upset due to the fact that I ddnt ask for a refund at all I just wanted the same exact item exchanged and they would not help me not amazon and not the company that makes it

Was supposed to be a Christmas gift from Santa to my son. Of course we waited too late to try it and it would not charge or power on when we got it ready to put under the tree. Talk about a Christmas nightmare. My husband searched the internet and YouTube for troubleshooting ideas. I cried and prayed but it never powered on. I’ll be sending it back.

The scooter is very nice I was very disappointed when I went to charge the scooter the charger port sparked and the charger stayed green but didn’t charge the scooter at all ! I would love to purchase this scooter again in hopes I would get a working one !

I’m glad I waited a bit to review this one as a lot of things I would have complained about when I first received it I just got used and they either are not an issue or I actually grew to like them.Initially when I got it I found the throttle and brake kind of annoying. After using it quite a bit they don’t bother me at all. You can double tap the throttle and it will set a cruise control basically. It works very well, the brake also works very well, but a lot of the time I just step off of it and pick the front wheel up, you can stop instantly.It’s fast, at least for me. I wouldn’t want it to go any faster I’ll put it that way. It charges in 5 or 6 hours but I usually just throw it on the charger when I’m not using it. Has a really bright headlight with plenty of distance and and there’s plenty of reflective lights so other can see you at night. I generally don't ride it at night but I do often ride at dusk, especially during the winter and I use the headlight then mostly so others can see me.I’ve been riding it for a few months and the battery doesn’t seem to degrade at all my most common use is riding up tot eh local disc golf part and it’s nice to have it so I can pack all my stuff up to the park. I’m shocked I like it so much and am going to stick with this model for a while. My favorite use is vacation! Take these down to the keys etc, you can roll around and not have to worry about parking or gas, charge it in the room for free. Love it.After using it for a few months I can’t find any cons, I’m mid 40’s and it takes a little getting used to riding but these are pretty cool and I have a lot of fun on it tbh. They aren’t anything like the hoverboards, I tried to ride one of those and it was scary! Lol. You are a little wobbly when you first start riding it and after a while it’s like riding a bike.Good quality construction, great shipping box. Absolutely recommend it and would buy again.

Worst scooter I ever had, the battery die after a few minutes, Amazon don't change it or replace it. The supposed to pick it up for me and they didn't . I lost my money and my time
