Q: Im need something that i can write on using a dry wipe pen, would it complete come off when wiped down?

I think so, the material is quite thick but easily cleanable (I use mine to protect from make-up spills like liquid eyeliner). I suspect you will have to be careful with the type of pen though as it could leave a trace.

Q: could you supply 1 sheet, 3 meters wide, 2 meters high?

I can't remember the width size, but obviously the company should be able to cut the vinyl to 2 metres,if you request this

It is clear but it is very thin and flimsy. I think you would need something similar but definitely much thicker to make face masks.

Q: Would this be suitable to repair a clear panel on a Brolly?

It is made of quite sturdy plastic but it may split under any pressure. It might be ok if you just stick it rather than try and sew it. Good luck.
