I was really excited to sample this pre workout supplement. After trying others I was intrigued how this would compare in both taste and more importantly results.It comes in a tub of 25 servings. The tub is the same size and weight as some of its competitors but very quickly I realised the scoop included was much bigger. Therefore is slightly more expensive per drink than some of its competitors.I followed the simple instructions located on the side of the tub and my drink was ready in seconds. I drank it and headed off to my workout.Before I get to the results, I must say I was super impressed with the flavour. It was certainly sweet and zingy as you would expect a lemon sherbet.During my workout I found the initial phase a little less explosive than my usual caffeine based pre workouts however I was certainly able to workout at equally as high an intensity but for a longer and more sustained period. This will be due to the teacrine working similarly to caffeine but having a much longer lasting boost.Overall I am very impressed with this pre workout. I found it to be longer lasting and absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for something that fits this description then I would highly recommend it.

Don't bother with this one. The strawberry-watermelon flavour is incredibly misleading; this tastes like neither. This in comparison, is cheap and nasty; within seconds of taking it, I've got tingles and random itching all over. Far from giving me a charge for the workout ahead, I feel like I'm going into withdrawal; it's distracting. I workout in the early hours, and I would rather go completely fasted and lacking sleep, than take this.If you work in a role that involves getting information from other people, give them this and they will tell you everything just to make it stop; if however, you're looking for a pre-workout to enhance your training, look elsewhere.

I've tried various pre-workout powders or gels and have varying results and I was hoping that this one would have made a noticeable difference but to be honest whilst I think there is some effect it's not that great. I've been taking the recommended amount in water about 30 mins before various exercise or workouts such as running or racket sports and I think it gives me a little edge initially but it wears off quickly. As for the taste, I've been taking the Strawberry watermelon flavour and I have to say I really like it as it tastes quite fruity with no unpleasant after taste, but I don't think I'll be investing in this brand again as it's quite pricey for the quantity and little effect.

Been waiting to review it till I consumed at least most of it. It’s a very good pre workout for sure. Definitely not for those with low caffeine tolerance. I need at least 300 mg of caffeine so I take about 1.5 scoops sometimes . But that’s just ME! Definitely follow instructions and assess as needed.The flavor is good, a lil sweet for my taste, but still delicious. It did came in a little clumpy, not as refined as some others I’ve tried, but a good shake of the container will definitely loosen it up. Just don’t open it right away, or you’ll inhale pre workout, which will definitely take it to another level. Or do, if that’s your thing, I won’t judge! Overall, got some great energy, some serious pumps. It does what it’s supposed to.
