Q: How long will charging unit hold a charge

After taking almost two days to charge to 100% I plugged my ear pods and charger into this charger and after 3 days it still shows 99% charged. This is the extent of my use so far. I have had this charger a short time and had difficulty getting it charged at first.

Q: I cant get it to work . I see 100% in and 0% out ..It does not do anything....What are the directions ?

We just charged it to 100% and then plugged it into a phone and it worked. The percentage goes down depending on how long you are actually using the phone or surfing.
