I have a Surface Laptop Go (1st Gen), and there isn't a huge amount of variety of privacy screens available, the big name brand ones seem to be stick on and leave on, whereas I wanted a magnetic one I could take on an off as needed, so I took a bit of a punt with this one as it was only magnetic one I could find for this model.The one other reviewer I could see who had bought this for the Surface Laptop Go (instead of other surface varieties), stated the instructions say stick on adhesive magnets, but there were none. Indeed the instructions say this, and there is nothing to stick on.However I found if I ignored the instructions and placed protector on the screen, it magnetically, securely, and very neatly stuck. Note it only works one way round, if it doesn't stick, flip it round to the other side.The result then is awesome, no stick anything to the screen, the fit of the privacy screen is extreemly neat, you don't notice it's there when looking straight on, and the laptop lid closes with the protector still in place. Really really impressed.Although they only advertise it fitting 2nd Gen Surface Laptop go, I can confirm it fits 1st Gen, and I think it should fit 3rd Gen too as I understand the chassis is comon for all three generations.There is also a platic wallet and glasses style cloth included.

I have a Surface Pro 10 and this does not work well on it. Unfortunately, it is neither magnetise on the top nor the sides - just the bottom. As a result, the screen is not flush against the surface screen and there is a gap. As a result, it is quite hard to read the screen since it is distorted.Since raising this review, I have been issued a full refund so thank you.

This item was bought for me to just help increase my price as I frequently use my laptop outside and do not want people looking at my screen. This item helped me solve this problem. I don't need to worry about people looking anymore as they can't see anything unless they are right behind me. I am very happy with this. The item has been great from the start. it was easy to attach to the screen. It has been a hassle-free experience. This also has the benefit of acting as a screen protector from fingerprints and other stains. There is now less glare on the scene but it has made the screen a little tinted and a different shade as it is darker. The item can be removed easily too without any issues. I like this a lot and would buy it again.

This item works great as a privacy screen and eye protection.The item is an easy fit with magnets which will take a second for alignment but nothing too difficult. The item is an easy fit and works instantly after fitting. If you tend to work a lot in public like shops or maybe at university and you would not like people to look at your screen this will do the job. There is a downside to your screen being slightly darkened after installation but comes with its benefits such as screen protection, fingerprint protection and privacy. The value for money is great, the item is reasonably priced and affordable and you get a lot of quality and value for it.The screen will still be visible for acute angles but will be very difficult so I wouldn't recommend doing high-value data work outside but will do the job for general privacy.I would recommend this item.

The screen glare filter is only magnetic at the bottom edge. It therefore tends to 'fall away' forwards from the top edge of the Surface Pro so doesn't give the very best vision. Somewhat disappointed as it was so expensive and I have an eye condition that has begun to make it necessary to reduce screen glare
