Medline Heavy Absorbency 23" x 36" Fluff and Polymer Disposable Underpads, 150 Per Case, Great for Protecting Beds, Furniture, Surfaces

I had previously bought the larger size 36x36 and they were great. Strong and quilted and absorbent. I just purchased the smaller size and they are NOTHING like the large ones. Light, flimsy and not at all absorbent. No heavier than two Kleenex. Very disappointed. I now have 100 useless pee pads that my dogs will tear up with one swoop of a paw. Opened so can't return. Not happy.

I use the pads for my pets. They work very well. I have no issues with leaks. I highly recommend them.

I’m a retired RN. Through my career, Medline supplies were always used and their pads worked great. I now have a 50lb female dog and use the pads for house breaking if she can’t go outside. I have hardwood floors in my home. The little bit she urinates on the 23x36in pad goes straight through the pad and onto ok the floor. I have a mess to clean as if we didn’t use a pad. She used the pad in the middle of the night. The urine went straight through and left a dark mark on my oak floor. She doesn’t urinate any more than a baby. She definitely isn’t flooding the pad. They work better, obviously, if you layer them. But they still leak when doubled. They used to work when I started using them, but the thickness has decreased. It’s almost like there’s fine mesh instead of solid plastic. My sweet little dog tries so hard to do her part and go on the pad. Too bad Medline doesn’t do their part. I’m very disappointed in their quality and company. They aren’t what they used to be.

I have been a caregiver for my incontinent disabled husband for the past 8 years.I have used Medline’s pads for the past five years and love how much urine theses pads can hold.

I place one of these on the floor under my cat’s litter box, because she’s old and sometimes pees over the edge. These pads catch her drips and errors.

These are not heavy duty enough. The top layer separates from the stuffing which gets lumpy. If you only need very light protection they might be okay

Not very thick takes 2+ per use under my husband. He wears attends and the bed doesn't remain dry.
