I have the dual swich. I used the smart home app and the app added it as a dual switch. The two circuits can be controlled separately by voice command. In the app the circuits can be controlled in tandem using control button on the main page of the app. They can be controlled individually by selecting the switch icon then select individually.

Q: Does a 3 gang box able to have each fixture on their own voice command?

I have the 2 gang box and I have separate voice commands for each. I would imagine the 3 gang works the same way.

Q: Can this be used to trigger alexa or smart thing routines outside the Moes app?

Yes! I registered the 4 ganged switch with the Tuya Smart app. Can also use the Smart Life App. Then, go into Smartthings, Add Device, and select the Tuya or Smart Life App and it will import your devices into SmartThings! These switches work great! I have a 3 and a 4 gang.
