Does everything you could need really. The recommended app is a big buggy, but there are other teleprompter apps available.

Solid product...but more back padding neededThis is a solidly built piece of hardware. For me what I dislike is the lack of padding at the bottom of the unit. The screw for the mobile shelf scratched my monitor so I have to stick extra felt on it.Invest in different teleprompter software also, aas what comes this this is very glitchy and shuts down randomly.

Cheap looking. Didn't fit on my tripod so had to duct tape it on. The other mobile phone holder on the front was tricky too as it kept falling. The scrolling mechanism doesn't allow a smooth process either. It works , but after a lot of fiddling

This is only for a smartphone not a tablet, and it feels a little cost-reduced for the price, but it works absolutely perfectly and for the money compared to more expensive ones, I couldn't be happier

Great little teleprompter kit.Everything is nicely made and easy to assemble.The phone holder is good and the app is decent to write short scripts out on.The included bluetooth remote works well and lets you change the speed of scroll, step through and reverse etc, needs to AAA batteries. It's like a Wiimote nunchuck.I found you need to play about to get the phone to not be seen at the bottom of frame, and depending on what lens you use the actual unit itself doesn't give you that much wiggle room.If you're using a zoom lens, the cover will mean you can't get to the lens to zoom so set before you put the cover over.Brightness is lower slightly due to the glass of the teleprompter so you may find you're not able to use your usual settings if you vlog a lot.I imagine this would be handy for people doing self tapes at the moment if they can't quite remember a script they've been asked to use :DThe autocue teleprompter basically just works, very nice.

If you do any kind of talking-to-the-camera videos you know how important a line of sight autocue is as it makes the videos seem much more informed than videos where people look off camera to read their script, I tried this with my smartphone and for talking head distance videos I can read it perfectly fine, you can also use bigger tablets too, it was easy to set up and includes a remote control which works with the s-teleprompter app which itself is easy to use, all in all, if you're looking for autocue on a budget this is perfect for you.
