I was very surprised at how good these clippers are, especially at the low price. They are every bit as effective and well-made as their counterparts that cost up to $50 more. I was looking for clippers that swivel, and again to be honest, I did not expect the high quality performance of these; I just hoped to be able to angle them to reach my toenails after knee replacement surgery. The clippers are super sharp and finely ground. The swivel angle is super easy to use. They look sleek and elegant and a week look to be very sturdy and durable. They come in a nicely stitched and surprisingly nice faux leather case with a magnetic snap to keep them in. I can't think of s single negative aspect. They work equally well for toenails as fingernails, as the jaws are wide enough to accommodate thicker nails. They are great for clipping gel nails too. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend them.

I can see how they would be useful to some but they gave me ingrown toenails which resulted in me having to have them all removed permanently to avoid having them get infected and not be able to care for them properly

The manufacturer did solve the bending over difficulty, but the opening is the same as in traditional clippers, not wide enough for thick or curved toenails.

This is very useful if you have to cut the toenails of your beloved elderly. I soak his feet in baking soda for 30 minutes, and then cut his nails with this handy clipper. It moves to the side, when you can't move toenails. Gets the job done.

The nail clippers are very good and worth the money

I find the jaws are too small and too curved for clipping toenails.
