Could be a plascebo effect or the natural concoction of the three helping me see pretty good gains but I’ve dropped about 30 pounds and have seeen some pretty significant gains when lifting. I started my lift regimen when cycling these and my bench went from 135-270 in a matter of 2 months training three days a week.Just take it, your body will thank you later. I did supplement this to running 3 days a week and lifting 3 days a week so the combination of the 3 really is showing good results.

I have been taking a Maca supplement every day for years from another company, and this brand seems similar. The contents of the capsule is fresh and correct for Maca. I got these for my husband they seemed to help with his energy levels. He didn't like the after taste when taking them though. This one has an odd flavor and can be rough on the stomach when first taking them.

I take this for the extra energy boost in the morning since I’m on medications that mess things up for me. Works good and helps me get through the day. I used the powder before which worked better but the taste was not enjoyable. Recommend the pill!

I take Maca root supplement mainly for my energy and since trying out this brand, I really do get the results I'm looking for. These pills are easy to swallow and has no flavor to them. They work quickly but they do not give you much energy to the point you're jumping off the walls if you get what I'm saying lol just enough to feel normal if you're low on energy. You also do not crash after taking them, they are a healthy supplement that works with your body. Maca root is good for many, many things, however, I can only speak on what I use it for which is energy.

These pills are easy to swallow and they seem to give a boost to my energy as well. The media could not be loaded. Got these the other day…this is my second time taking it.I opened the capsules to find the powder has hardened. This is typically from moisture.Oh well…on to a different brand…
