Can i use any kind of brand sd card or do i have to use azdome sd card?

AZDOME GS63H dash cam will support Class 10, U3, A2 Speed 128 GB micro SD card. Max Support: 128GB
A few of our customers have used 256GB card, in theory, it supports up to 512GB. However, we don't recommend it, as the larger the memory in the market, it is easier to buy substandard memory cards. 
We recommend using AZDOME SD cards or SAMSUNG Class 10, U3, A2 Speed Micro-SD memory cards for optimal performance. The third party SD card may not be able to meet the normal working requirements of our dash cam.

Note: Be sure to format your SD card with your dash cam for the first time use.

Does parking mode have to be hard wired to work or is internal battery enough

If you want to use parking mode you need to purchase hard-wiring kit with 3 wires, which is NOT included with the dash cam. If you have an external power bank, you could possibly use that as well for short intervals. 
You can buy one 3-lead Mini USB Hardwire Kit for our AZDOME GS63H dash cam. Please sure that the output current can reach 5V/1.5A.

Why video starts buffering after few seconds,when playing a recorded video?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Are you referring to buffering the video when play it on the app? 
The video is lagging or pauses in the app because of the high bit rate resolution of the videos. The videos watched on the app preview are compressed and the WiFi transfer speed is about 3 MBPS. And it is not enough to handle high-bit-rate videos. Also In the meantime, I suggest that you download it to the AZDOME APP and then watch it from the downloaded folder and it will play without lagging. However, I do understand that it can take a bit of time to download one file, which is not ideal also. But this is one solution if you prefer to play video without lagging.You can also use your PC/MAC to download your videos then play in VLC Media Player and it should play smoothly.

Question 4

My sd card wont format, after formatting it just asks me to format when i try to record. i have this card samsung evo plus micro sdxc 64gb up to 100mb

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The basic requirement of the memory cards for AZDOME dashcam is Class 10 U3 and that the SD card should be formatted as FAT32 [Windows] or MS-DOS (FAT) [Mac OS]. Using unqualified SD or third party cards can affect dashcam's performance and in some cases, force the dashcam to reboot randomly during recording.
• For Windows users: To format the microSD card directly from “My Computer”, right-click the microSD card drive and select Format. Select File system as FAT32 and Allocation unit size as 64KB then click Start. If FAT32 is not available or can’t be selected, please download the free FAT32 formatting tool - EaseUS Partition Master.
