Holland & Barrett High Strength Slow Release Vitamin B12 1000ug - 120 Tablets

I take this supplement daily to help with fatigue. They are small, so easy to take and also tasteless. I shall certainly be buying more from here, when needed. They are cheaper here than buying from a Holland & Barrett store

It’s a bit early for me to say how effective these tablets are, although early signs are good. My gripe is that it is really difficult to get one tablet out of the bottle because of the way it is designed. This is because there is a lip / neck that is just the the right size to trap the tablet you are trying to extract with your finger. Last night I thought I would try spilling some out into my hand then picking one, but a few spilled out of my hand!
