I really like the gummies!!!! Easy to take and very soft, it’s like a treat.

It’s hard to rate vitamins for what works for me might not work for someone else.

I wanted to like this more - but you'll notice the 'dosage' says 100 mg. If you do your research - that's the maximum amount recommended for an adult. So if you take *any* other supplement, or eat any foods that have B6... you are going over.I did take two for a few days and noticed headaches...It's not worth it. I take one gummy now instead of two, and it seems to help a little bit.. but not sure I'd want to supplement with this in long run.Now the gummy is pretty good - easy to chew, decent flavor. I've been using many different types of gummy supplements for awhile so this one works. I'm just not sold on the level of B6 it recommends.

I'm a huge fan of gummy vitamins, ever since they started really showing up in the vitamin world. It's a super easy way to take medication, as you don't have to try and swallow a big horse pill. Plus they almost always taste good and it feels like you're getting a little treat every day. It's a little reminiscent of taking those Flinstone vitamins as a kid, which always felt like an exciting treat. If a gummy vitamin company ever made cartoon shaped gummies, I think they'd corner the market.Like most gummies, these taste good and are easy to chew. I would have to get a lab test to really tell you how everything is going, but as far as vitamin stuff goes these seem like they're doing what they should. I also like that these are vegan. While I'm not vegan, I am trying to use less animal products in my daily life I just don't think it's necessary to use them in or with everything, not with all the advances we have nowadays.You can't really go wrong with these. I think I've seen this brand in various stores, so there's a high chance I'll pick some variation up in the future.

I was happy to see a B6 vitamin in a gummy form as it is so important to have enough B 6 when dealing with stress. A gummy is so easy to pop into your mouth when you need a little extra support! They taste great, like strawberries and didn't stick to the teeth while chewing. In fact it was very nice and soft to chew. They are giving the serving size as 2 per day but with that giving you 5882% of your daily value of B6, I think one per day would suffice. It's nice when they actually pack a lot of the vitamin into the product! I like them and will enjoy taking them!
