Absolutely plug and play for a 2007 Honda CRV. Literally took 30 minutes from start to finish, and that includes linking my phone to it through Bluetooth. Truth told, I did not hook up or install the back up camera. Only took out the old radio and installed this one. It’s really nice how it is pre molded (formed) to fit in the gap the old radio came out of without having to install a “dash kit” like other radios I’ve installed in vehicles before. And the wiring harness plugged right into the factory harness. I didn’t have to cut or splice a single wire. Again, I didn’t hook up or install the back up camera. Absolutely cannot say enough about this product. As far as longevity, that will have to be determined. I’m a month in so far without any problems. And for the price? I’ll buy it again if it stops working just because of how easy it installed. Try it!!

The media could not be loaded. The screen works super well when it powers on. I’ve only been able to get it to power on a couple times and when I do get it on, it stays for about a couple minutes and then just shuts off randomly. I’m going to attempt to wire it in myself, I bought a 2nd unit hoping the wiring harness would fit but it has the same issue. I tried trouble shooting but their trouble shoot is for a different product.UPDATE : I went to outrageous audio for the stock wiring harness. I decided to solder the connections together but it can be done a lot easier with basic cable crimps. Overall I think it's an amazing deal even with the need of getting a separate harness. The apple carplay is what I wanted and it works amazing with no issues!

We got this for my husband’s CRV. It went in for the most part easily. He had some issues putting in the backup camera that comes with it. The company reached out first to make sure we were satisfied. I explained the issue and they sent some instructions to try. Worked perfect. The instructions that come with it for the backup camera were not very clear, but the company jumped right on it and emailed me some new ones. Couldn’t ask for more.

This head unit is severely underpowered. I replaced my factory head unit with this one and then replaced my factory door speakers to aftermarket speakers. I am an ex audio technician and did everything I could to maximize the output and clarity of these speakers but the head unit simply does not supply enough power to make anything other than factory speakers sound decent. I would literally have to turn the volume up to 38 out of 40 max to get any kind of decent volume out of this unit. If you increase loudness, v bass or to try to crank up any frequency on the EQ it would clip, hiss and pop on any note. I do not do reviews but I would say if you are looking to upgrade your factory head unit and don't mind extremely low volumes or unexceptional sound quality but has Android auto, carplay and Bluetooth connectivity then this is the one for you. If you plan on upgrading your entire sound system including door speakers I would suggest an amp or another head unit.
