Tablets have a good dosage but seem quite large and slightly more expensive than other brands however the overall ingredients list is better

My wife bought this and has been raving about how effective it has been in terms of providing her with an general sense of improved energy levels and vitality. Early days, however she is getting on really well with it - maybe give it a go if you're wondering about an energy supplement

They seem to be okay but only been taking them a short while.

I think they are expensive expected more results for my muscle cramps no different to my cheaper version
