Diminished glutes approved! I have a very small and extremely boney butt. Without this cushion, I was only comfortable for about 20 mins, until my hip joints feel like they would never straighten again. On this seat, I made it over an hour until I felt antsy and my bones starting to dig. Took a short rest/walk and went back on and still just as comfortable! If you have a tiny booty this is for you!

I don't believe they offered children sizes, because if they did this would be in that choice instead of being an adult choice.I am a full grown man but I have narrow hips, in fact my wife teases me bout how I don't have a butt. However, I can't even fit on this thing and it was meant for her.The center of each pad, where your cheeks are supposed to ride, are only 4" inches apart. Because they are so narrow they end up bunching up in the middle of your butt instead of offering any support.In short, these were the most uncomfortable seat pads I have ever sat on, but they fit the little kids, so I think I may keep it for them?Update, they were kind enough to give me a refund without me having to ask for one, so I raised my overall star rating just for that reason alone and offer them a big thank you! However my review stands, I still believe the size of this would fit a child muck better than an adult.

Wife loves it. Well made and good price. Nice thick and soft. Very functional. Could've made different options for attachment to seat tho. Otherwise worth the money.

After one ride of about 30 miles, my right buttock began to ache. For the next 3 weeks I had what I believe to be Gluteal tendinopothy. The pain awful. I was on vacation 1900 miles from home so the drive home was a challenge. Riding where I wanted was out of the question as was any hiking. I plan on seeing my doctor before I start a lawsuit

Super comfy

With aggressive riding where you are hitting jumps, doing hard corners, really ripping it the seat kinda squishes and wiggles under you in a way that you lose some feedback from what the bike is doing. In that way I don't like the pad. On days where you are out trail riding for hours the pad is great! Monkey butt management at it's best!
