Q: Max weight that the belt can with hold before failure

I'm sure regarding the buckle but the belt couldn't support my IWB holster and Glock 20. To me this Tactical Cobra style buckle belt is more geared for looks not EDC especially full-size firearms.

Q: How many ply of nylon is it? And is it comfortable as an everyday belt whether it be a range or a concealed carry belt?

It is very comfortable. About as thick as your average seat belt. I really like the belt, it is just not a "heavy duty" belt.

Q: Does it slip at all? If I cinch it up, will it stay cinched?

It doesn’t slip. It stays cinch and has quick release to open. I got one for my husband and one for me. We love them! BEST BELT EVER. The buckle may not fit some pant belt loops in some pants but no problem; we remove the adjusting part of the belt, pass the belt through the loops easily then insert the adjusting part of the belt to the belt, adjust and clip super easy! It stays cinched real strongly, and is quick release. I find it strongly made, military grade. It will become your favorite belt!
