Q: can anyone tell me thier experiance with this item , what it helped etc

I was somewhat sceptical but my sinuses and catarrh were so bad I decided to give them a go. I followed the dosage closely and after a few days realised I'd missed a couple of doses, and the reason was, my symptoms (ie gunky catarrh, bunged up nose, etc) were gone! It was such a relief. Of course, there's no guarantee that it will work for everyone, but I really think they are worth a try. I still have more than half a tub left over.

Q: What age is this for?

The instructions on the container say children to 12 years half dose and it gives the adult dose. I would not give them to very young children.

Q: Do you take these tablets with water ?

No, you just put them on your tongue and they dissolve. Really hassle-free!
