1/4 inch = 6.35 MM . Just over 6MM I hope that is what you need .

It includes heat-shrink. Not sure if it's glueless. I just heated up and it shrunk to fit.

Q: are they solid copper? or copper clad? or plated?

I believe they are solid copper. When scratched with a file I do not see any color difference and they are not magnetic.
