Q: I see it has no issues showing 4 hdmi feeds in landscape (horizontal) but how about if camera is in vertical? (shooting for tiktok/instagram, etc.)?

Works fine, just black bars on the sides.

Q: Hi, can it support UK 3-pin power at 240V?

The unit comes with a 100-240v power brick that converts a C13 plug to the required 2.1x5.5mm 12v3a plug for the monitor. If you have your own UK std plug to C13 cable, you should be fine. It also has a V-plate that you can use with a battery pack.

Q: Is this just a monitor or it also does the switching of inputs?

You can switch between multi-view (quad view) to each 4 inputs if you needed to view one of the 4 inputs individually full screen. There are a host of other options you can add to the inputs as well, such as safe frames, center marker, peaking, etc, with custom short cuts. So yes, more than just a standard monitor.
