I purchased this cream of tartar to bake.It works perfectly in recipes that call for stabilising egg whites, I used it for meringues.The powder is fine, pure white, and clump-free. It smells fresh / tangy and blends easily with other ingredients. No strange aftertaste, which I’ve had from cheaper brands.Comes in a well-sealed, easy-to-store. If you only use it occasionally, the shelf life is long as long as you store it in a cool, dry place.Value for money and gives a great baking experience.
