Q: Will somebody comment as to how well these stones compare to the DMT stones?

These are bigger by a lot but 1 came bent and they both came with imperfections in the grit that created scratches. They weren’t usable for my intended purposes. I wouldn’t suggest them. I returned them and got the significantly smaller DMD ones and the extra fine EZE-LAP ones. They are better quality and actually useable even though they are so much smaller.

Q: Are the diamonds spread out evenly? I want to make stones flat and even.

In the initial use, the diamonds seem to be fairly coarse, but after a very short period of use, the hone quickly becomes very smooth

Q: Can Jewboer double sided diamond square be sold ss a set? e.g. a total of 5?

I don't think so,u can get the 400/1000 double sided one but the rest u have to purchase in singles. I've been very impressed with the ones I bought,I'm new to freehand sharpening but they really keep their cutting ability. They r quite harsh on first use but I just used an old beater knife to soften the hard points off.

Q: What is the best way to hold or fasten these when sharpening?

I get rubber drawer liners or the rubber anti-slip things that go in your car and just set the plate on top of that on a table
