The cup arrived without any cracks whatsoever.It was bubble wrapped in a small cardboard boxIt is cute, the panda image doesn't seem like it's gonna erase any time soon.It's been 15 days since it arrived.No issues except one, the handle of the cup is pretty small. If it's for a kid(under 13 years) then it's probably fine but for adults, it's gonna feel tiny and uncomfortable.As for the capacity, I didn't measure, but should be 300ml. This was my second purchase the first time I bought the cup lasted me like 3 years, but the second one did not even last 8 months. it started to develop severe cracks in less than 6 months and broke by the 8th month. I am disappointed as I re-ordered this cup based on the quality of the product I got the first time, but the product quality did go down the 2nd and 3rd time. hence lowering the stars
