Superb quality mix, classic recording
I remember recording this concert on a dodgy radio cassette recorder from Tommy Vance's "Friday Rock Show" in the late 70's and have always loved the recording despite the poor radio sound quality. The recording had some wonderful variations to the studio album, typical of a live show. Now at long last I have a copy of this wonderful recording on good quality vinyl with a superb mix. All the band's instruments spring to life, there's plenty of "jam" aspects of a live show and Dick Parry's sax is a delight. The vinyl copy is fantastic, no pops or crackles, and the whole sound deep and rich. I have many copies of this iconic album, half speed, sounds labs etc etc and have to say this is the most emotional and moving copy of the lot. Highly recommend this one.

Fantastic value for money
This piece of music history for this price (£14.99) one of the best buys for any Floyd fan or anybody who likes DSOM. Everything in the package is of a high standard and the audio is of a very high quality. This show cases how the band performed in the original line up and is a fantastic look at how they performed during the 1974 tour - I saw the opening night in Edinburgh and it now great to own a copy of the music form that era

Absolutely Superb Pressing
If anyone's out there with any doubts on buying a vinyl copy, rest assured, as this is definitely not one of these rush-jobs done for the now bi-annual Record Store Days. The pressing quality is 10 out of 10, with the sound mastering also an absolute delight too, as it's not set at full volume to the max leaving no ceiling head space. In fact, I found myself increasing the volume level just ever so slightly. Now, at first, I assumed this is more than likely due to the length of the recording, at 51min 30sec, however, a similar playback level is also evident on the CD version at 55min, too, as it has been mastered at a playback volume level at about 85% of that of the majority of the thousands of CDs that I own. This vinyl pressing (and the CD) is warm sounding with a real analogue feel and a delight to listen to and pure dead brilliant on headphones.Really nice sleeve design with the addition of two posters, different to but the same scale as those included back in 1973. I love the surface texture they've used for the sleeve as it's got that sort of "rubbery" feel to it (sorry, but the technical name for it escapes me) - and easily wipeable to clean too, by the way, as I used to use that texture a lot for food and beverage menus when I worked as an hotel manager.Oh, and the actual music is very nice indeed, too.

Incredible price for 180g and equally Incredible sound quality, my system is all valve and extremely revealing in detail, the engineer nailed the sound on this , superb deep bass and fantastic clarity , I cant believe I paid so little for it , lovely package and artwork, the 2 large posters are also superb, ive many different copies of dsotm but I honestly have to say this live album has become my favourite, all I can say is don't think about it buy it ! Arrived 2 weeks early double boxed , well done to Amazon on that too

Lovely vinyl album about fifteen minutes shorter than the CD version!
Delivered perfectly by Amazon to my local hub, they’ve upped their game from about ten years ago when the cover would usually be bent in all sorts of directions, this was in perfect order. The LP is a perfectly flat pressing. The live recording is beautiful and different enough to the studio version to make it well worthwhile buying. For the money, it’s a gas, it would have been nice to have the whole 55 minute+ concert even if it meant two LPs, instead of the tracks being edited to fit one 40 minute LP format. I believe the CD version contains the full concert so no doubt I will feel compelled to buy that too, funny how that works in the world of music commerce. The inner bag has a liner for protection and the cover is quality card and a nice imaginative ‘negative’ contrast to the original album cover. Two posters that I will have to stash somewhere as they just weigh the cover down when looking at it and if left in the gatefold cover will end up ghosting themselves through the card when filed with other albums. Slightly weird draggy feel on the fingers mind not really my taste. This is the first LP I’ve bought in about nine years and really glad I did, all the live DSOTM music, well four fifths of it, for under £20, superior pressing, superb music.Update, bought the CD which is indeed the full 55 minutes but tbh the 40 minute vinyl is so well edited you would hardly realise when listening through. So now have two copies vinyl and cd but pleased with my purchases!

Great memories.
I was lucky enough to see this album performed live back in the day. Listing to this again did bring back a lot memory's. Also its of a time when David Gilmour and Roger Water actually got on with each other and wrote produced some wonderful and fantastic music.Well worth a listen for any Pink Floyd fan.

A Good Quality Package
Anyone buying this knows what Dark Side Of The Moon is. It goes without saying that the musical content is excellent and the live performance is superb.I’m reviewing the vinyl pressing and packaging quality. My copy arrived very well packaged - Amazon seem to be really stepping up their game when shipping vinyl now as I have made returns in the past due to gatefold damage, no such issues here! The record is nice and flat with no warps and it has a good quality sound, not quite an audiophile grade recording but still very good and enjoyable. The gatefold is nice quality and looks good, also included are two posters which I believe are reprints of what was originally available with the first releases of DSOM in 1973.It’s a nice package, not too badly priced in todays world of vinyl and well worth adding to your record collection!
