Yes, I have that exact case and there is plenty of room.

Q: What specific socket brackets are included? also, is the fan controllable via any rgb software? also, what cable does it use to connect to the mobo?

Standard side clip brackets to attach the fan to the heatsink. From what I can tell Amazon does not actually sell the RGB version, but if you get it from Nzxt themselves, then their CAM software is for RGB control. Standard 4 pin wire.

Yes, it is included with the accessories.
