No messing and helps in relaxing and sleeping. My Pops suffers from aching legs and he tells me it's helping

Bigger spray than I expected so good value. I don’t suffer restless legs all the time but as sufferers will know, sleep is impossible when it happens. This spray works for me, not immediately but within 30 mins the symptoms die down and I can sleep. I just spray each leg 4 or 5 times and massage the oil in. The big plus with this one is that it’s not greasy as such, it’s a very light oil and absorbs into the skin quickly. Im not sure if magnesium oil works for everyone but I’ve used it since it was recommended to me about 8 years ago and it works for me.

It asbsorbs really quickly and tthr price was affordable. Im still waiting for results only just started using it.

After reading the book the magnesium miracle I tried amazons good state spray which is high strength and potent magnesium chloride. This is slightly less strong but still does the trick. Switches of the brain and rem sleep, be prepared for deep sleep and a few wacky dreams but can make you feel groggy if not used to it. Can also be used in the bath or sprayed on restless legs at night
