Q: I am using my gen with our travel trailer and transporting it on a cargo carrier at the back of the trailer. i am looking for suggestions to lock it

I would strap in down with metal ends and lock the metal together at the bottom

Q: Will this generator work at high altitudes?

Yes it will but you’ll need a different oil, which is recommended in the owners manual.

Q: Does this come with a remote to start and shut off?

No remote start--just a pull start. I was skeptical about a pull start and not an electronic start, but honestly if you put the control on choke, give it a couple of light pulls then switch it to run and give it a pull then it starts pretty easily. I have only run mine on propane so far.

Q: Do i need to remove the battery if im not goingvto use it between xamping seasons?

You don't need to remove the battery. But if you not going to use for a long time make sure to drain all the gas out.
