Excellent magnesium supplement

I have a great sleep routine at home but travel for work a couple weeks a month. When I am on the road, I saw a huge decline in the quality of my sleep (duration and deep/REM tracked with oura ring). Received the package today. Instructions say 1 scoop per 8 oz of water. There was no scoop included in the package so I have no idea how much to use. The bag says their is 30 doses and a dose is 6.7 grams.

Very much enjoy this product. Wish the taste was a little better.

I am not a normal reviewer of products on Amazon. If a product works as intended then the purchase was fair and I don’t feel compelled to write a review of it. In this case, however, I do feel the need to give this product a high review. I recently moved to Asia and was having a hellacious time getting over jet lag. On day 2.5, ie, in the middle of the night when I was wide awake and so, naturally, unpacking. I found some Mellö that my friend had suggested that I buy. I took it, hoping for the best but not expecting too much, and continued to pack. It did not take long at all before I found myself moving more slowly, feeling less anxious, and migrating to my bed. I was asleep shortly thereafter and woke up feeling top notch (almost guilty even, thinking it shouldn’t have been that easy and I should have had the drowsiness of a Tylenol pm or something). Next time I’ll go for the unflavored version to make it easier so I can drink it in a couple gulps.Thank you, Ned, you beautiful b@sta’d. - JR

I did not enjoy the flavor. It might help you sleep and to calm you, but I won’t really know because I didn’t like the taste. Others might like it better though.

This was the second flavor I tried. I had the Lavender one first. Both are very good. This helped me sleep if I snuggled into bed with it and sipped. I also use this on days I know will be high stress and it helps with very mild anxiety as well. I generally mix with water but sometimes at night I add it to a flavored seltzer for a bubble fix and calm duo.
