HDE Dog Raincoat Hooded Slicker Poncho for Small to X-Large Dogs and Puppies Baja Stripes - L

I first bought this raincoat for my American pitbull terrier in June 2023, I got a size large in the cartoon pattern. It lasted this long!! The velcro held up beautifully, so did the coat itself, only reason I recently had to buy another one is because my dog is older and put on weight. So i noticed the raincoat was getting too small and didn’t look comfy anymore. This raincoat is top quality. We used this raincoat VERY oftenover the years, multiple times a day sometimes, especially in the summer, and it held up fine. Even worked great during winter to keep my dog dry walking in snow storms over her jacket. I would still be using it if she didn’t get to chunky for it. Looking forward to the new one coming! It also doesn’t look old and worn either, still has bright colors and still looks beautiful. Also, it 100% keeps my dog dry even during pouring rain and wind. Absolutely recommend for any breed of dog. It’s 100% waterproof, dries really fast, I hang it up in my bathroom in the shower. Even with my dogs lean, muscular body and bulky chest it fit her great for years. I can guarantee I will have this new one for years as well. Best affordable dog raincoat on the market that actually does what it’s suppose to do!!! Plus quality materials, you can’t beat that! Lightweight, not stiff, a bit of stretch to it, 10/10 recommend, I have nothing bad to say about it. Buy this coat for your fur baby, you will NOT regret it!I normally would just put a sweater on her when we walk on rainy days but this past week has been raining so much where I live I felt it was time to invest in a raincoat for her. AND LET ME TELL YOU! This coat in combo with the rain boots that I got her has turned our morning walks into a fashion show with the sidewalk as her runway!! It’s so cute and most importantly, FUNCTIONAL! It does its job of keeping her warm and dry when we’re out in the rain. The size that I got fit her perfectly! I ordered a medium and she’s a 18lb basenji. I’m really debating if I should buy one or two more just to give her more options 😂😂. %100 worth the money! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!

The Great reviews are true… This is stunning, excellent fit, so easy to put on and takeoff. Value for the money is amazing… extremely high quality. I'm going to get several in different colors. Very, very, very cute. A must have. It can also be used as a dog vest not just a rain jacket.

My Blue Blue gets soo many compliments on this rain jacket! The baja stripes just make people happy and the whole look makes it seem like he’s wearing a poncho which is EXACTLY what I was going for.I originally bought a small, but upped the size to medium since the neck was a little tight on my dog and the velcro would keep pulling apart whenever he pulled on his leash. The pic is of the small, but the medium is the same just hangs lower towards his feet, but it’s not low enough to trip him up which is perfect.

Disclosure: I returned this item, so review is on what I noticed prior to return. Material was thin so I'm not sure if it would hold up to an active dog. There was no stretch to the material. I believe the material would prevent body heat from escaping and in turn make the dog hot. It seemed well sewn, but it ran small. I checked the measurements prior to to ordering, but it was not long enough for my dogs body length and was a little snug. I don't consider it to be worth the price during to the material and sizing.

It fits my 3 year old, 75lb Labrador perfectly. I’m not sure about the sustainability of the Velcro. It looks like if I needed to use it a lot, it might tear. We don’t go out in the rain much so for me it will work. Very light material that would not maintain complete dryness if she was standing in a downpour for long. Overall I have given it 5 stars because it meets MY specific needs. She is not thrilled with it, but she always hates clothes. She only tolerates it because she loves me. You can see the fit in the picture. She is the same size as the other dog pictured.

Perfect very light and highly visible. Easy to put on and my pup doesn’t mind wearing it especially when it’s raining. She’s an 80lb hound / lab with a big chest. Bought the xl.
