Q: What is the expiration or use by date?

I bought it last year for Christmas and it was moist fresh and delicious. I don’t know about the expiration date.

Q: Is it possible to get Panettone year round?

I only can tell the date I ordered in 2020. It was Jan 21, way passed Christmas time. So I am hoping Amazon carries this seasonal product year around. Thanks.

Q: How well does this cake freze? Havong to wait an entire yesr is a hardship, How does freezinf effect the quality?

I have never frozen the cake, but I assume it responds as well as other baked goods. Certainly, it should do fine. I froze my wedding cake for five years, until our fifth anniversary !

Q: Where are these made ? What country ?

Yes! I grew up in Brazil and this is still my favorite thing to eat around Christmas! Same exact taste of since I was a child. I never liked the other brands!
