Failed after 9 months!
It was a good kettle but after 9 months a fault developed causing the house rcd to trip.Amazon direct you to contact Russell Hobbs which took ages but, after a phone call, they said it is faulty but it is down to Amazon to replace it.Amazon, again only by a phone call, arranged pick up. It will then be refunded and I am free to order its replacement.What a palaver! Combined to be some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
