Q: Hi, I'm totally blind and I can't figure this out. How do you move onto the next 5 presets from the first row and program them?

I don't know. I spent a fair bit of time experimenting but it's defeated me. But you did well if you managed to program the first four.

Q: The product description says it can be "powered by USB". But I cannot see any USB port on it. Where is it? And is it USB Micro or USB-C?

It's a jack plug power cable (into the radio) with a male USB type A connector to plug into a USB plug/charger, laptop, power bank etc

Q: Does the radio lose its volume setting after power-off/power-on? I want to use it on a timer.

The volume appears to come on at the same level as when it is switched off. (I'm very pleased with this little radio, by the way)
