Q: is this a heated footrest I have the earlier version that is heated but it is now finally starting to fail and need to replace it

No this is not a heated footrest. It has a piece in the middle at the top which is removeable for an audio typist's foot pedal and it is lovely and wide but definitely not heated.

Yes, anything, bare foot, socks, shoes.

Q: What are the heights of the front of the platform when secured in each of the holes? I note ‘40-150m’ is referenced, but only 3 holes for heights?

Hello Thomas. The back of the footrest has the ability to be fixed in any position and slides up and down and back to front. There are 3 holes in the outer stand and 9 in the footrest giving 27 height variations which in the range of 110mm is almost infinite. Hope this helps
