Amazing! Anne of Green Gables is a classic and this cover just complements the story so well! Very beautiful and sturdy!

I can't actually believe that I have never read Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery. I had started watching Anne with an E on Netflix and was really enjoying that, so I treated myself to a beautiful edition of the book.I really enjoyed this book and can see why it is a classic. Well written, beautiful characters, descriptions and plot line. Only one complaint I didn't like one part of the plot line (at the end, I won't say what as I don't want to spoil the ending) and was glad this didn't happen in the series.

The media could not be loaded. I am pleased with the delivery of the book. I am disappointed that it is not illustrated. I hope that the content will even defend it. The book was supposed to be a gift for a 9-year-old girl. Im not shure it's a good choice. We will see.

Arrived in perfect condition, hard cover, good buy.

one of my favourite childhood books. still such a lovely story

This book looks just lovely on the bookshelf. Making a collection of the Puffin in Bloom books for my daughter. They are hardback, and the overwork is beautiful.

This cover is beautiful! Although, I must say that some of the pages do not include page numbers, which I find odd. I do think its just a printing error and it doesn't really affect the overall reading experience.
