Q: What are the dimensions of the carrying plate?

The usable part of the plate is 24 x 39 cm, not counting the 'missing' corners. A long aero elastic is normally supplied which greatly helps with vertical stability when stacking. It has been performing some very heavy duties for me without failure and at a light duty price.

Q: I'm moving house in a few weeks and won't be able to park right outside the new house. Will this be strong enough to carry a washing machine?

Q: The first section of the handle pulls ok, but the second section on one side is jammed. what can i do to resolve this?

Send it back and get your money back. Mine kept tipping over as it is very poor quality product. I sent mine back within 3 days of receipt.

Q: Is there a way to stop it from closing up if carrying a light load?

I have never had this issue, if you the push and click it down in the right position it should not happen. Make sure the wheels are fully out and click in the right position. When you open the wheels, the rest should just be stable
