Great Light!
This dive light exceeded all my expectations and outperformed every other light I’ve used. On my first dive with it, I faced zero visibility conditions and needed a powerful, reliable light to cut through the murky water and illuminate the bottom. This light delivered. The included lanyard allowed me to securely attach it to my BC using a carabiner, ensuring I didn’t lose it when I needed both hands free. At the bottom, it sliced through some of the darkest water I’ve ever encountered. It was far superior to the lights other divers used many of which cost twice as much at dive shops. For the price, this light offers outstanding quality and brightness. I give it a full 5 stars and plan to continue using it on future dives to test its durability over time. Highly recommended!

These are monster lights underwater!
I have used these on 25 dives so far and will again for a 3-week trip coming up. They are monsters underwater and work very well. They have three brightness settings on a rotary dial that is easy to manipulate under water. The USB-C charging port is accessed by removing the bottom segment of the barrel. There are O-rings in there so add a little silicon each time you remove the bottom cover from the barrel. The top of the barrel removes to access the batteries. I open this to reinstall the battery cover to disable the lights during transit to and from dive vacations. This can be tough to open and using a 1/4-20 bolt in the spot for this bolt gives you the leverage needed. To the manufacturer: A set of flat spots on the middle of the barrel would be appreciated to facilitate opening either end.

Love the light, not sure of the 2000 lumen rating
I was a little hesitant at first with this flashlight. I'm used to lights with push-buttons on the end of the handle, and with a more textured, tactical look to them.Over the last few weeks though, I've come to appreciate the single button on the side. I also LOVE this idea I got from Wurkkos: if you want to ensure there is no way the light can accidentally get turned on, give the end a slight twist. Not even a full or half twist; just barely a twist makes it so the light can't turn on (ie, our young kids don't play with it and run the battery out =). Then when I use it, a slight twist to the end and it's ready to go.One press of the side button turns on the light, and each press after that cycles between four levels of brightness. Long-press the button to turn off the light, and when you turn it back on again it remembers the brightness it was at when you last turned it off.I'm not sure about the 2000 lumen turbo setting. It's bright, but doesn't seem like 2000 lumens to me. Since the beam is not adjustable I do like that it has a bright narrow beam surrounded by a more diffused outside beam; so you get the benefits of both.Anytime I get something with an IPX rating I strive for the highest possible, even when unnecessary. In this case it's necessary because this light can go deeper than I've ever gone or ever will go, but it feels good that it's THAT waterproof. I don't think you can get higher than the IPX-8 of this flashlight.I like that as a dive light it's extra-durable, because we tease in my family about needing cases on everything due to how rough we are with them. So durability is a feature we appreciate. The battery is rechargeable, but instead of having a charging port on the flashlight it comes with an external charger. I appreciate that because this is a diving light, and no port makes one less way for the waterproofness to fail. It also gives me a way to charge some of my other batteries =)This light came with extra O-rings, a USB-C cable to plug into the external charger (or whatever other electronic I need it for =), and quite a unique lanyard. The size and thickness of the lanyard are better than any I've ever received for a flashlight or other lanyard-friendly device, but the unique part is the silicone sleeve on it. At first I thought it was bulky and awkward and unnecessary, but it makes it SO easy to slip your hand into! Even when not diving but just sitting at your desk (I always have a light sitting at the edge of my desk in case I want to illuminate something either under the desk or outside at night), when you hear something scurrying along the side of the house - with one movement you are slipping your right hand into the lanyard, standing up, and opening the window with the left hand to see that skunk before it disappears around the corner of the house. Hypothetically.I know from past experience that Wurkkos has great customer service. Before I got my first Wurkkos I had Streamlight, Thorfire, Coastal, Klarus, Maglite, and some others I can't remember off the top of my head. Wurkkos are the ones I keep at my desk now. They are solid, throw a great light, and have been such good deals for the money.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
