Q: Can someone please tell me where the white piece in step 11 goes ? I don't see anywhere to attach it?

the cat tree pieces hardly match the instruction manual. It took me forever to put this thing together. It’s also meant for smaller cats. They need to put that on the description. I’m considering returning it I haven’t decided yet. But assembling this thing was a huge disappointment. I hope this helps.

Q: How do I Attach cat toy pole?

The flat square piece that is next too the canopy midway has a drilled hole near a corner, you have to feel for it…. I had trouble finding it at first. Push the pole thru it…. I didn’t think it fit right. That corner actually cracked an crumbled after 1 1/2 months, sent the entire thing back. I was disappointed….. the string where the toy was connected kept tearing as well. I only have 2 small kittens, this was not as durable as I originally thought. I hope you have better luck.

We are sorry to say that we don't think this cat tree is suitable for 10 pound cats, it is more suitable for kittens less than 5 pound.
