I ordered these resistance bands because I wanted some that would not roll up from being flat into a skinny “rubberband” shape that was painful and cut off my circulation. These are the right bands for the job! They hold their flat shape and are super comfortable. The only slightly negative comment I have is they do not include an extra-light band, so the lowest level is already pretty challenging for me, and I don’t know if I will ever use the heaviest band - it’s super tough. But quality and comfort are A+

I’ve always had rubber material bands, and have barely use them, because they impede my workouts so much. They always roll over themselves and up and down my legs. These bands are perfect! I love the fit on app, so I wanted to support it by trying their bands, and I am so glad I did. They stayed in place did not roll, and are really easy to adjust where you want on your thigh while you’re working out. They are a cloth material and have rubber weaved in the fabric on the inside to keep from slipping. Also, colors are spot on!

Ordered to use with app. These are not what is used during most of the workouts. Not much stretch, so you don’t get the range of motion.
