I ordered shields but they sent guards they look the same to me

sorry we did not have those ones. The ones my husband was using were Tena men level 3 and the length of the pad is 10 inches from front to back. the back being wider of 4 inches and the front 3 to 3 1/2 inches. Hope this helps. All in a pack of 16.

I find them very good. Quite a lot!
