Love the timescale it was delivered in, came in three boxes, well packaged, great instructions.I was a little disappointed in the windows, these are clear rubber or vinyl or similar product stapled inside, one isn’t even flat so the cats keep clawing at it to pull it off, shamm they aren’t also mesh with a little peep hole like at the back of the catio, also wish the door was a stable kind of door so you could move the cats before going into the catio. That said, the cats love it and we love knowing the cats get fresh air safely. Very well made other than those two windows. Great product and would 100% buy again.

Item was delivered earlier that expected which was great. Easy to put together as all the parts are marked. Lovely once up, with plenty of room and the cat loves it which is the most important thing. I’d recommend this item 100%.

The item has come damaged with cracks in, I have tried to resolve this with the seller directly. But they do not respond to emails timely. They also expect customers to wait whilst they file claims with 3rd party companies whilst I’m here with a damaged/defective item.

Straight forward to build, looks great and secure and warmPlenty of space

It serves its purpose & looks fit for purpose. Bit flimsy, we added extra screws & brackets for supporting many areas , sturdy now. once the cats were in, everyone felt they were safe. If you don’t have time to build your own then it’s perfect.
