as all herbal products it takes time o shaw a benifitsIt work for me and I have a medical background but to do what I do , It is my body and it is my responsiblityI have taken 6-7 tablets one adayPLEASE DO NOT DO AS I HAVE DONEjust follow the recommend dose and you will feel the befits after whileI defenightly Recommeded without any hesitaionJust read what it say on the tin

Nowhere on the bottle does it say calcium, so I dont know if these actually contain calcium. If it is down as the chemical compound name it's a little misleading, now not sure if I should be taking a separate calcium supplement
