Q: What type of psoriasis does it help most?

I have psoriasis on my scalp and nape of my neck, which gets very "tight" and itchy. I find that Dermalex moisturises my skin and stops the itch. I put it on during the evening and then wash my hair the next morning.

Q: So what is the active chemical? It says it speeds up skin barrier recovery but what does that mean? Since psoriosis causes rapid skin growth itself

I don't know the active chemical, butÂ itÂ is very good. IÂ don't apply as many times as it recommends (forgetful), but myÂ skin patches are less red andÂ less flaky (although initially they do shed quite a bit). While this isn't a magic bullet, its the only cream that I have continued to use. Also don't worry if the packaging looks different, I was a bit put off butÂ still had the old cream and they are the same. Â The cream also lasts a long time. Sorry to go on, but this really is good
