Keeps the kids happy
One of my kids broke the USB-C port on one of our controllers. While she ended up buying a replacement, I didn't like that she would often play with the controller plugged into the PS5, often yanking the cable beyond its limits or dropping the controller with the cable plugged in (which is how the charging port broke). This is a great solution since it doesn't use the USB-C port at all, and all she has to do it place our controllers on the charger when she's done playing. The controllers are now much more likely to be topped off and ready to use, rather than hoping she would remember to plug them in when she's done.Works great so far and can't beat the price!
